I created PMS Pantry because every month I found myself wanting the same things:
Salt. Chocolate. Something comforting. Something that felt indulgent but also gave my body what it was asking for.
So I stopped waiting for someone else to make it.

Before PMS Pantry, the options were guilt-laden junk or flavorless “health” food that never quite satisfied what my body was actually asking for. I saw the gap and decided to fill it — literally.
